Professionally speaking, I’m a Somerset (UK) based freelance copywriter and published author, with expertise across a wide range of sectors, products and media, including charity, commercial, environmental and digital.
Since 2001 I’ve been writing conceptual marketing materials of all kinds, including websites, brochures, fundraising and sales packs, press ads and inserts, even occasional TV and radio scripts.
For this work, I’ve recently won DMA Gold with one of my favourite agencies. And a few years ago, one of my charity fundraising packs was highlighted in the DMA’s Book of 26 Letters to Educate and Inspire.
I’m a fast, effective web copy writer and blogger. I’m also an experienced editor, on- and offline, with responsibility for producing the prestigious Flyfishers’ Journal twice a year since 2013.
And if you’ve just written a company report that needs careful proof-reading… I’m very good at that too.
